Arneg product warranty
ARNEG ARGENTINA S.A. guarantees its products for a term of six (6) months, counted from the date of delivery of the product. This guarantee does not include damage caused when the instructions / recommendations for use are not respected, blows, breakages and, in general, any cause not attributable to ARNEG ARGENTINA S.A.
Excluded from the guarantee are those cases in which it is expressly indicated that the installation and/or repair of the product must be carried out by ARNEG ARGENTINA S.A. personnel, and the purchaser has contravened said indication.
Exceptionally, the calculation of the guarantee will begin from the installation or use of the product when, due to its nature, the defects could only manifest themselves through its installation or use.
The scope of the guarantee will be limited to the sales conditions agreed in each particular purchase. Consequently, the guarantee will only cover the costs of transportation and/or installation of the product when these services have been contracted together with the purchase of the product.
In all cases, the guarantee request will be processed through the following procedure:
1) The claim must be initiated before ARNEG ARGENTINA S.A., through express communication, presenting the purchase invoice and indicating the failure or damage in detail.
2) Depending on the case, the product will be reviewed by authorized personnel of ARNEG ARGENTINA S.A.
3) The product will be repaired or replaced, as appropriate. ARNEG ARGENTINA S.A. will not be responsible for failure or damage when the purchaser does not comply with the procedure provided above within the warranty period provided.
This guarantee is integrated with the MANUAL OF USE that ARNEG ARGENTINA S.A. provides for each product in particular, if any, the guarantee granted being subject to the provisions of the corresponding USER MANUAL.
