Statement F-Gas 2013

Announcement for all Operators of stationary applications of refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps, as well as fixed fire protection systems, containing 3 kg or more of fluorinated greenhouse gases.

Following the announcement in the Italian Official Gazette no. 111 of 14/05/2013, it is now available the format of the statement containing the information regarding the amount of emissions of fluorinated gases referred to in Article 16, paragraph 1, of the Presidential Decree n. 43/2012. (see in attachment). The statement shall be sent to ISPRA by 31 May of each year through the electronic format, accessible at the following link: www.sinanet.isprambiente.it/it/fgas
