EAT'S VERONA 2013
Once again ARNEG is on the front line to promote excellence
A year after opening the Excelsior Milano last March 21st, Gruppo Coin has opened another luxury department store, in the heart of downtown Verona. Strong of the success of its first experiment, Gruppo Coin has built a space that is, first of all, an extraordinary sensory experience: 3,700 sq. m, 5 floors of top-range products.
Research, selection, innovation are the key concepts that have guided the architectural project and interior design commissioned to two prominent figures like Aldo Cibic and Vincenzo De Cotiis, who have managed to elegantly renovate a prestigious historical building that reminds one of those department stores of the early 20th century, where every detail plays a primary role.
In ‘the building's basement is the ‘Eat’s Store’, a bistro food hall for guests whose tastes are no less refined at the dinner table. Visible from the outside thanks to a clever play on transparencies, it consists of a ‘market area and a ‘ restaurant area that serves the most exclusive food products: from raw fish to sushi, from a selection of the best cheese and cold cuts to the choicest meats, from fusion and vegetarian cuisine to homemade pastries and the most prestigious wines.
And it is here that the professional skill of Arneg, leader in commercial refrigeration and a guardian of food & beverage excellence, comes into play, proposing the most advanced technological and designer solutions for the best preservation and valorisation of products. Strong of its extensive experience on the field, as with the Eat's food store of Milan, the Company has chosen the top of the range for this space, customising some of its furnishing items to respond to a layout logic that features thematic islands where the customer can buy the product on display, but also taste it in a cosy ambient that favours a more direct and conscious approach to consumerism.
