ASSISTANCE SERVICE: There are different types of contracts to establish the functional efficiency of the refrigeration facilities after the customer calls the Arneg Call Center. Contracts can also be activated for points of sale with equipment from other manufacturers.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE: Management of alarms and data sent to the operating center from the supervision systems. Regular scheduled maintenance by Arneg: with the opening of a service ticket, the refrigerator assigned to the point of sale will solve the problem within the agreed deadlines.

Transparency and simplicity in management

EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL: The Client, together with Arneg, manages the point of sale with absolute transparency and simplicity through IRIS (Interative Remote. Information System). The IRIS web management system represents an innovative technological support, essential for activity planning, since it controls all point of sale management. The system organizes and shares technical maintenance work with the client, through a ticket system, aligned in real time with the CALL CENTER.
