in the renovated winery you can find the ARLES serve-over counters line with LED lights, the PANAMA 3 P RTB rear service cabinets, the OSAKA 3 vertical multi deck, besides the REFRIGERATION SYSTEM and the OZONE SYSTEM applied to meat showcases. This technology, thanks to the use of ozone - natural gas with fungicidal and bactericidal effect - optimizes hygiene and safety in the preservation of food.
